Our chat assistant is powered by Claude, an AI language model developed by Anthropic, PBC. When you interact with our chat assistant, your messages are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. Conversation content is used to collect your project information and generate a lead record. We do not use chat transcripts for AI training purposes, and conversation data is not retained beyond what is stored in your lead record.
